Conference registration and abstract submission are conducted online via this link.
Oral presentations: Each speaker will have 20 minutes, including discussion. However, this may be subject to slight adjustments depending on the total number of presentations. Oral presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint, OpenOffice Impress, or PDF format.
Poster presentations: Each presenter will have 5 minutes to present their results, followed by 5 minutes of informal discussion in front of the panels. After the poster session, further informal discussions are encouraged. Posters should not exceed A0 format (approximately 84 cm in width and 112 cm in height).

All abstracts will be reviewed and recommended for oral or poster presentation, considering the authors’ preferences. We aim to accommodate oral presentation requests whenever possible, depending on sessions capacity.
There are no registration fees for the meeting. Instead, participants will pay a single participation fee that covers all essential costs, including:
✔ Accommodation (single or double rooms) for the entire conference duration
✔ Full board (breakfast, light lunch, and dinner)
✔ All social events (welcome gathering, boat cruise, closing reception)
✔ Conference excursions
The total cost depends on the room type and student status:
